Refund policy
RETURNS & EXCHANGES: In order to protect our employees and our customers from any additional risk, we have made the decision to change our Return Policy. We will not be accepting returns of any merchandise until further notice.
Due to COVID-19, we cannot accept returns. ALL Sales are FINAL; until further notice. We are following the CDC guidelines, and will resume returns and exchanges based on our state’s guidance.
The Kreative LAB is not responsible for any missed entries of discount or promotional codes, and funds lost or forgotten due to failure to input any codes for promotions. Return policy is effective once order is placed. Orders cannot be cancelled.
DAMAGES & ISSUES: We currently only accept returns or exchanges if the item is deemed “faulty or damaged”, due to production or packaging, on our part. If you received the wrong item or defective/damaged item (any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error), please submit your return requests via the Returns Center and include images of the damaged items.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All issues need to be brought to our attention, within “24 hours” of the “confirmed delivery date”, as indicated on the delivery note.
All items will be thoroughly inspected and reported upon receipt. ALL items must be in their ORIGINAL condition, as shipped.
Returns requests must be approved before item is returned. If item is no longer available, your store credit can be used to purchase any available item. A refund will not be issued.
To start a return for a damaged item, you can contact us at thekreativelab@yahoo.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please submit your return requests via the Returns Center. A member of our team will review and process your request within 1-2 business days.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: Certain items in our catalog cannot be returned, such as face masks, hats, sneakers, and undergarments. We also do not accept returns for personalized items, special orders, custom, and couture products. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about the return policy for your specific item.
SALE & CLEARANCE ITEMS: All Sale and Clearance items are considered FINAL SALE. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on these items.
GIFT CARDS (KREATIVE CASH): Shopping for someone else and can't decide?
Give them a KREATIVE CASH Gift Card, and let the endless opportunities begin. KREATIVE CASH allows your recipient to select any “regular priced” item in our catalog, (excluding sale and clearance items). KREATIVE CASH can cover the entire cost of an item or be placed towards a larger balance.
KREATIVE CASH Gift Cards are delivered via email and contain redemption and checkout instructions. KREATIVE CASH Gift Cards have no additional processing fees.
All KREATIVE CASH Gift Cards purchases are considered FINAL SALE. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on gift cards transactions.
