Shipping policy
SHIPPING AND HANDLING:
Due to COVID-19 Shipping delays may occur. We are doing our best to provide on-schedule turnarounds.
Orders can take 1-3 business days to process. Orders are not processed on the weekends or on holidays. Production time on all orders are 10-14 BUSINESS DAYS. Orders are not produced on National Holidays. Any order placed and processed will not be shipped on Saturday, Sunday or a National Holiday. Your package will be shipped on the next business day.
When your order has shipped, our website will automatically issue your “Tracking Number”, via email or phone number, based on the preference you selected at checkout.
When your order is delivered, The Kreative LAB is no longer responsible for the package. If you are not able to receive your package, as indicated on the packing slip, it is your (customer) responsibility to collect all packages from the designated U.S.P.S. location indicated in the tracking details. We are not responsible for any orders once they are deemed as “in-transit” or “delivered”. Lost packages must be disputed with carrier.

Domestic orders are shipped via U.S.P.S. , which usually takes, 2-4 business days anywhere within the USA. Once your item(s) is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to the email that was provided with your order.
